Global Connections and Exchange Program-Bangladesh

GCEP

Discipline means obedience to some general rules of conduct. It is essential in student life as it is the seed time of life.A student should obey his patents & superiors at home & teachers in school. No institution can run successfully if its students are not disciplined.Effective teaching isn't possible in the class if the students aren't disciplined. Even the player should obey the orders of the captain or the referee of the game.SO at home ,in school & in the playground too discipline is essential. But it is a matter of pity & regret that many students are ill-behaved.They take it as a symbol of heroism. But a day will come when they will be grown up & the young ones will pay them back in their own coin & that also with a compound interest. So students' must be obedient & discipline from their grassroots level that means from student life.

Global Connections and Exchange (GCE) program was initiated in Bangladesh with support from the US Department of State Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA), Global Catalyst Foundation in San Fransisco and The William and Flora Hewlett Foundation . Although the official grant period ended in June 2010 the program continues to run in Bangladesh and other participating countries thanks to the tremendous enthusiasm and sustained interest among the GCE students and educators across the world.
